Description

Industrial-grade L-aspartic acid has a purity of no less than 99%, appearing as a white crystalline powder with no odor. It decomposes at a melting point of 270℃, and its boiling point involves decomposition. Vapor pressure is negligible at 25℃, with a relative density of 1.66 at 20℃. It is slightly soluble in water, soluble in hot water and dilute acids, and insoluble in ethanol and ether.
